Environmental activists protest Tour Down Under for greenwashing

For the first time since the pandemic, Adelaide is gearing up for major cycling event Tour Down Under, which is the first event of the international bicycle race UCI WorldTour. 

This year, a number of environmental groups including Extinction Rebellion are protesting the race for its links to Santos, a company they say is complicit in perpetuating the climate crisis.
