A beach in the Mornington Peninsula has secured funding to be wheelchair accessible for another year.
Frankston City Council has approved continual funding with Australia’s most accessible beach program… thanks to the vision of disability activist Shane Hryhorec, coupled with the drive of a councillor, and seed funding from a plastic duck race.
The program hopes to be expanded across Australia in the future.
